Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and SanX Solutions(“Dent Removal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Dent Removalapplication, websites, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Dent Removal is a business tool for paintless dent removal (PDR) companies to register vehicles (including VIN capture), manage technicians, jobs, crews, goals, payments, and reporting. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years oldand able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.

3. Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Access may be provisioned or revoked by your organization’s administrators, who control roles and permissions within their workspace.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
• Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading data (including inaccurate VINs or job records);
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls;
• Probe, scan, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or bypass rate limits;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law;
• Upload malware or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

5. Your Content

You and your organization retain ownership of the data and content you submit (e.g., vehicle data, photos, notes). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and any necessary consents to submit such content, including photographs that may depict people or property.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Dent Removal name and logos, is owned by SanX Solutions and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, email, VIN/OCR recognition, and push notifications) and may interoperate with third-party sign-in such as Google. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that VIN recognition or any computed figures will be accurate. You are responsible for verifying critical data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANX SOLUTIONS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SanX Solutions from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if your organization’s access ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where mandatory consumer or local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
